UK rail strike: reduced timetable on 18 and 20 August 2022

Due to a national strike across the UK railway network, we will be running a reduced timetable on 18 and 20 August. We also have retimed services on the 18, 19 and 20 August.

To find out if a train is running or cancelled, please check our revised timetable.

You can offer passengers affected by a cancellation a free exchange or a full refund of tickets.

Unfortunately we do not UC or HX the sectors out in the GDS so agents will not receive this type of communication. We do not add annotations, or send cancellation messages within the GDS on each booking, passengers are usually contacted directly providing we have their contact details entered during the manage a booking process when printing off their tickets.
