Our Business Premier lounges and fast-track ticket gates are now open

We’re pleased to let you know that our Business Premier lounges in London, Brussels and Paris are all open again. Our fast track ticket gates for Business Premier and Carte Blanche passengers have also reopened.

We’re closely following advice from governments in each of our destination countries. So social distancing measures will be in place. In line with official guidelines, customers are required to wear a mask on board and in our stations, including our Business Premier lounges. To give everyone plenty of space, we’ve reduced the capacity in our lounges. A selection of food, hot and cold drinks, and alcohol will still be available. But we’ll only be serving pre-packaged snacks and our cocktail and smoothie bars will remain closed for now.

As of 7 September 2020, we will be resuming onboard catering to passengers travelling in Business Premier and Standard Premier. To help keep customers safe, we’ll be serving meals with their lids left on.

Café Métropole, our onboard bar buffet will also reopen at the same time with a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks available.
