FRANCE: Ongoing strikes in France

There’s been a series of ongoing strikes in France since 07 March. New days of mobilisation may be announced by French unions at short notice. The next one will take place on Tuesday 6 June. It will not impact our timetable and our trains will run as normal on that day.

If we need to make timetable changes on other strike days, be sure that we will keep you informed as soon as more information becomes available.

We’re making our tickets more flexible than ever

Our tickets are about to become even more flexible.

As travel restrictions and border controls continue to change in the current climate, we wanted to reassure customers that they can change their travel plans once they have made a booking with us.

So, from 01 March, customers who book tickets in Standard or Standard Premier will be able to exchange their tickets with no fee up to 7 full days before departure. So, if they have a booking to travel at 11:04 on 09 March for example, they can change their travel plans up until 11:04 on 02 March. Customers won’t pay an exchange fee, but will pay any difference in fare.

Any exchanges made between the 7 day cut off point and departure will be subject to an exchange fee plus the difference in fare.
