FRANCE: Ongoing strikes in France

There’s been a series of ongoing strikes in France since 07 March. New days of mobilisation may be announced by French unions at short notice. The next one will take place on Tuesday 6 June. It will not impact our timetable and our trains will run as normal on that day.

If we need to make timetable changes on other strike days, be sure that we will keep you informed as soon as more information becomes available.

NEW: Easy-to-use travel checklist

As you know, there’s a little more for passengers to think about these days before they travel. But our new, easy-to-use online checklist is here to help.

Your customers simply need to tell us their vaccination status, age group and nationality. And we’ll tell them precisely which COVID-19 forms and tests they need.

At the moment, the checklist is only for travel between Paris, Lille and London for those aged over 18. But we’ll be extending it to include our other destinations and passengers of all ages soon.

To use the checklist, passengers just need to go to our Manage your booking page once they’ve bought their tickets.
