Disruption Communication

Cancelled trains, and any disruption information can be found on the home screen, and here.

We advise that all agents who are not already receiving Eurostar4Agents newsletter/disruption emails, do so here.

Unfortunately we do not UC or HX the sectors out in the GDS so agents will not receive this type of communication. We do not add annotations, or send cancellation messages within the GDS on each booking, passengers are usually contacted directly providing we have their contact details entered during the manage a booking process when printing off their tickets.
