Changes to our e-voucher policy

Due to the ongoing pandemic and recent customer feedback, we have decided to extend our e-voucher offer until 30 September 2021, rather than 28 February 2021 as previously announced.

Any customers with bookings between now and 30 September who no longer wish to or are no longer able to travel can claim an e-voucher up to 7 full days before they are due to travel. So, if their train is due to depart at 11:04 on 29 September, customers must submit a voucher request before 11:04 on 22 September. They will not be able to claim a voucher after that cut off point.

Customers can request a voucher by going to the Manage your booking area of eurostar.com.

All e-vouchers will now be valid until 30 December 2021. This includes vouchers that have already been issued. Customers who already have vouchers have been made aware of the extension by email.

If a customer’s train is cancelled, our usual disruption policy still applies.
