Changes to our Trade & GDS lines

In order to align our technical GDS support, we have made a few changes, so that we can resolve issues quicker and to give you a better experience.

If you are encountering an error making/reissuing a Eurostar/9F booking on your GDS, you can contact our technical support team for help on 03448 220 119 or by sending an e-mail to application.support@eurostar.com.

If you want to make a booking on your account with us, or need some general advice about travelling or booking Eurostar and you can’t find what you need on our agents website, please call 03448 242 524 and we will be happy to help. This number remains the same.
