We’ll be upgrading our booking system from the evening of Friday 13 March until Sunday 15 March.
If your customers are travelling during this weekend, they must download their tickets and print them before 8pm UK time on Friday 13 March.
Arriving at the station
If your customers are travelling in Standard or Standard Premier, ticket gates will close 45 minutes before departure, as normal.
If your customers are travelling in Business Premier or are a Carte Blanche member, ticket gates will close 20 minutes before departure.
Club Eurostar members
While we carry out this upgrade, Club Eurostar members will be unable to access their account or spend their points.
There will also be a delay in adding the points earned over this weekend to Club Eurostar accounts.
We will be transitioning towards a new inventory system, called S3 Passenger.
