From 07 January 2022, new entry rules for fully vaccinated passengers travelling to the UK

As you will know, the UK is relaxing its travel rules for fully vaccinated passengers. From Friday 07 January 2022, fully vaccinated passengers travelling to the UK:

- no longer need to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test
- no longer need to self-isolate on arrival

Eurostar has activated its After-Sales Override Profile (AOP) to allow free exchange or a full refund of tickets for cancelled trains.

PROCEDURES

All channels with the exception of GDS-Air and Eurostar For Business

  • Once Eurostar has activated AOP, customers and partners should be able to exchange tickets for alternative dates or process a refund in line with the commercial policy implemented within their booking systems
     

Eurostar For Business

TMC’s booking via GDS-Air

  • Where Eurostar’s After-Sales Override Profile does not override fare conditions in GDS Air, TMC’s should process exchanges or refunds manually via the BSP link (subject to the commercial policy implemented by Eurostar).
