Resuming services to Disneyland® Paris

An update on our Disney route:

We’re pleased to announce that we’ll be resuming our direct trains from London to Disneyland® Paris from 2 August 2020.

Due to ongoing restrictions, we’re afraid we won’t be able to run our direct trains before then.

If you have customers booked on this route due to travel before 2nd August, you will have one of the following options:

  • Request an eVoucher via eurostar.com . Vouchers will be valid for 12 months and can be used on all routes.
  • Exchange onto a direct train between London and Paris or to an indirect train via Lille, subject to availability, for the same dates of travel (all passengers and all legs of the journey), with no fees or fare difference.
  • Exchange onto new travel dates on the same route with no fees or fare difference.
  • Submit your clients’ tickets for cancellation


For travel dates from 2nd Aug – 7th Sep, you will have one of the following options:

  • Request an eVoucher via eurostar.com. Vouchers will be valid for 12 months and can be used on all routes.
  • Exchange onto new dates on the same route, before the scheduled original departure time, with no exchange fees. Customers will need to pay any difference in fare.
