Exchanges or refunds can't be performed by the original issuing point of sale for all bookings issued before 14th March 2020.

Please re-book these journeys and apply for a refund of the original booking via the BSP link with the endorsement: “Migrated booking cannot exchange, *NEW Booking reference rebooked*” . Agents may contact the GDS helpdesk on or 03448 224334.

This means you will also not be able to refund Business Premier tickets via GDS, and a refund request will need to be submitted via BSP Link.
