UK rail strike: reduced timetable on 18 and 20 August 2022

Due to a national strike across the UK railway network, we will be running a reduced timetable on 18 and 20 August. We also have retimed services on the 18, 19 and 20 August.

You can offer passengers affected by a cancellation a free exchange or a full refund of tickets.

With high numbers of customers travelling, our contact centre is exceptionally busy, and this single point of contact will allow us to respond as quickly as possible and prioritise urgent requests.
