Dawn Davies

Dawn first made her name as one of the best London Restaurant Sommeliers. She worked at Zuma, The Square, and the Ledbury (still considered by many to be the best restaurant in the UK). She then became head of wine and spirits at Selfridges; now head buyer at Speciality Drinks; and recently become one of just 370 Masters of Wine around the world.

Dawn is great fun, and her restaurant connections means she can add a lot to “foodie” crowds. Her corporate background make her ideal for those audiences, but she particularly adept at controlling large groups of rowdy men!
