Dave Broom

Few people who talk or write about food and drink have the experience, respect (and awards) that Dave has achieved over his 25-year career.

He’s written a dozen books; is the star of a new documentary about whisky; and was the 2013 IWSC Communicator of the Year, which basically means no one in the world can engage people better on this topic.

Dave will suit all audiences, but smaller groups who can lean in and listen to his yarns about distillers, coastlines, and his badly-behaved nights out will be especially rewarded.
