FAQs on our Netherlands route

What classes of service do we have?
This is the same offering as the core routes (London > Lille/Paris, London > Brussels) except there are some slight changes:

  • Business Premier:
    • Flexibility is up to departure
    • Check-in is 20 minutes (although currently 30 minutes because of COVID-19)

Do ticket checks and border checks apply to Intraschengen (Brussels - Rotterdam/Amsterdam) passengers?
No border checks for Intraschengen travellers. Tickets are checked onboard.

Bike Policy and Registered Luggage
As Eurodespatch is currently closed there is no bikes allowed (unless folded) or registered luggage.

Are tickets flexible between Amsterdam and Rotterdam (can a Rotterdam passenger turn up in Amsterdam or vice versa)?
Unfortunately they cannot.
