Change of public fare ticket conditions from 1st March 2021:
We are changing our ticket conditions in order to give more flexibility to our travellers.
From 1st March 2021, on all public ranges, the below ticket conditions will apply:
- Tickets are exchangeable with no fees up until 7 days before departure date. Fare difference applies (i.e. if the new ticket is more expensive, the customer pays the difference in fare. If the new ticket is less expensive, the passenger is not refunded the fare difference.)
Effective July 30, 2021, exchange fees no longer apply to child fares
- At less than 7 full days before departure, up until departure, tickets are exchangeable with a £30/40€/$55 fee in Standard and a £40/50€/$60 fee in Standard Premier. Fare difference applies (i.e. if the new ticket is more expensive, the passenger pays the difference in fare. In the new ticket is less expensive, the passenger is not refunded the fare difference.)
More information can be found here.
To simplify things for our passengers, from November 2021, we make our ticket conditions for intra-Schengen travel between France, Belgium and the Netherlands the same as those for our cross-Channel routes.
