UPDATE 22/03: French customs working to rule; Planned cancellations until March 30 2019

The situation is progressively returning to normal, however it may take longer than normal to proceed through departures in Paris Gare du Nord. Please ask passengers to arrive at the station at the time indicated on their ticket. Normal ticket conditions now apply.   • Child Meal (Standard Premier only) - CHML - 24 hours notice required
  • Kosher - KSML - 48 hours notice required
  • Muslim/Halal - MOML - 48 hours notice required
  • Vegan - VGML - 48 hours notice required
  • Diabetic - DBML - 48 hours notice required
  • Low Fat - LFML - 48 hours notice required
  • Low Salt - LSML - 48 hours notice required
  • Dairy/Lactose free - DFML - 48 hours notice required **
  • Gluten Free - GFML - 48 hours notice required

Agents should use the appropriate codes above as part of the reservation.

If a passenger's reservation changes after a meal request has been given, a new request should be entered.
