If you have booked to travel further in France, please be aware that domestic rail services in France may still be disrupted.
If you have made a booking with Eurostar for a connecting journey in France and wish to change or cancel your booking please contact us here and select ‘Delays and Cancellations’ with the subject ‘STRIKE’ so that we can prioritise your request.
Please note that changes are subject to availability in the same class of travel.

Please make sure to download your tickets early so that we can contact you. When retrieving your tickets online you will be asked for contact details, we use these to inform you by email/SMS of anything affecting your journey, including strike developments.
