Service Disruptions | 25th - 28th April

We are expecting sizeable delays and long queues for all departures from Paris Gare du Nord between 25th April and 28th April. Passport and security checks are taking longer than usual due to the high volume of passengers travelling this week.

Passengers affected by a delay of more than 60 minutes will be able to claim compensation on eurostar.com 24 hours after their travel.

Passengers travelling from Paris to London between 25th and 28th April can choose to postpone their journey to an alternative date and receive a free exchange in the same class of service through their original point of sale within 60 days of their departure date.

Groups who are unable to avoid travel should arrive 2 hours before departure.
