We’ve been working hard to improve the Eurostar app – and we’re launching an update the week commencing December 11.
If you or your customers already have the app, you’ll be prompted to update it. However, travellers who have made a booking before the launch will need to transfer it over using their booking reference.
Once you’ve updated or downloaded the app, just:
- Tap the YOUR BOOKINGS tab
- Enter your booking reference number and the surname of one of your passengers then tap SEARCH
- Et voilà - your booking will be displayed with a notification confirming that it is now stored on the app
We know it’s not the smoothest start, but we hope you and your customers will be impressed with our new features - mobile tickets, digital loyalty cards and easy access to onboard entertainment.
