You can take three friends with you at a reduced rate. Standard tickets are £59 return, or upgrade to Standard Premier for £119 return to the following destinations:

  • Paris
  • Brussels
  • Disneyland® Paris (direct trains only)
  • Lille
  • Calais

You can also experience our new Lyon and the South of France route, so book now for:

  • Lyon: Standard class tickets are £89 return while Standard Premier returns are £133
  • Avignon: Standard class tickets are £99 return while Standard Premier returns are £140
  • Marseille: Standard class tickets are £99 return while Standard Premier returns are £140

Before you book

We’ve made a few improvements to our travel agent fares booking process so before you book, please take a look at our new terms and conditions.

Please book at least seven days before you want to travel and have the following details to hand:

  • The full name of the agency employee travelling
  • The name of your travel agency
  • Your company’s Eurostar BAF or authorised IATA number (if you’re not sure what these are, please speak to your head office or accounts department)

Once these details have been checked in our system, we’ll be able to go ahead with your booking.

Remember to take your employee ID with you when travelling on Eurostar as you might be asked to show it during your journey.

Please note: our contact centre team won’t be able to tell you your company BAF account number or authorised IATA numbers.

How to book

GDS

  • Check availability in the usual way in Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo. Look for G class for Standard Premier or N class for Standard but please don’t hold the booking on your own system or we won’t be able to finalise it for you.
  • Call our agent concession line on 0344 822 4888 to confirm the booking and pay. Remember that a £3 fee applies when paying by credit card. There’s no fee if you pay with a debit card.
  • You’ll need to collect your tickets at the station, so don’t forget to bring the card you paid with and your six-letter booking reference.

Elgar

  • Create a PNR as usual in Elgar, using HW for Standard Premier and BW for Standard class, then assign your seats.
  • Leave payment and fare details blank – we’ll do this bit for you.
  • Bookings must be ticketed within one week of being held, any bookings not finalised may be subject to cancellation.
  • End the PNR and take a note of the Elgar reference and ticketing time limit.
  • Call our agent concession line on 0344 822 4888 to confirm the booking and pay. Remember that a £3 fee applies when paying by credit card. There’s no fee if you pay with a debit card.
  • You’ll need to collect your tickets at the station, so don’t forget to bring the card you paid with and your six-letter booking reference.

Terms and conditions

  • Travel agent concession fares must be booked at least seven days in advance.
  • Concession fares for agents are only available to employees of companies who have a contract to sell Eurostar tickets. We’ll use your BAF number or IATA number to check whether you’re eligible.
  • All agents must carry agency ID as spot checks will be carried out at stations. Please bring your employee photo ID, an IATA/IATAN travel agent ID card or a letter from your HR department confirming that you’re employed by the agency.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Agent fares aren’t available between 17:30 and 19:00 on Friday evenings.
  • Agent fares aren’t valid on indirect Disneyland® Paris trains.
  • Agent fares are available to the employee and up to three companions but you must all travel together on all legs of the journey . Unaccompanied travel isn’t permitted.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
